Shipping
Pro Parts Palace ships from US-based fulfillment so your parts arrive fast and without surprise import fees.
- Free US shipping on most orders. The vast majority of items in our catalog ship free within the continental United States. Any exceptions (typically oversized freight items) are noted on the product page before you check out.
- Processing time. In-stock orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number as soon as it ships.
- Transit time. Most shipments arrive within 3 to 7 business days after leaving the warehouse, depending on your location and carrier volume.
- Alaska, Hawaii and territories. We can ship to most US addresses outside the lower 48. Additional shipping charges may apply and will be shown at checkout or quoted by email.
If your tracking shows a problem in transit, contact us at info@propartspalace.com and we will work with the carrier on your behalf.
Returns
We want you to be confident ordering from us, so we keep the return policy simple.
- 30-day return window. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
- Condition requirements. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging with all included hardware, gaskets and documentation. Parts must be in resellable condition.
- How to start a return. Email info@propartspalace.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions. Please do not ship anything back before receiving instructions.
Return exclusions
The following cannot be returned:
- Parts that have been installed, mounted, modified, painted or otherwise used.
- Items showing tool marks, scratches or missing hardware and packaging.
- Special order or clearance items marked as final sale on the product page.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the part and packaging. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping needed.
