Questions worth answering first
When will this ship and what will shipping cost?
Orders leave a United States warehouse within 1 to 3 business days of clearing. Orders over $199 ship free. Below that a flat rate is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay, never after.
Can I change the order after I place it?
Yes, if it has not shipped. Email us with the order number as soon as you know. Once a wheel and tire package has been mounted and balanced it cannot be unwound, so tell us early rather than late.
What happens if the parts do not fit?
Add your vehicle at checkout and we check the fitment data on the order against it before the box leaves. If something does not add up we contact you first. If a part still turns out wrong and it is unmounted and uninstalled, it goes back within 30 days.
Is my payment information safe?
Payment runs over an encrypted connection and is handled by the payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. Your address is used for shipping and for confirming fitment, and nothing else.
