Orders and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice.
Shipping and returns
Shipping timelines and our 30-day return policy are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these Terms. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled and in original packaging.
Off-road and motorsport use disclaimer
Many products sold by Pro Parts Palace are designed for off-road, competition or motorsport use only. Such products may not comply with emissions, noise or safety regulations in your state, province or country, and may not be street legal in all jurisdictions.
You, the buyer, are solely responsible for verifying that any product you purchase complies with all applicable federal, state and local laws before purchase, installation and use. Pro Parts Palace makes no representation that any product is legal for use on public roads. Installation of motorsport parts on vehicles driven on public roads is done entirely at your own risk.
Installation and proper use
Performance parts should be installed by a qualified technician using proper tools and torque specifications. You are responsible for correct installation, supporting modifications and appropriate tuning. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, racing incidents or lack of required supporting modifications is not covered by us or by most manufacturer warranties.
Warranties and limitation of liability
Products may carry a manufacturer warranty, which is the sole warranty applicable unless stated otherwise on the product page. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Parts Palace disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including vehicle damage, towing costs, lost time or lost income.

All site content, including text, graphics and logos, is the property of Pro Parts Palace or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
