Shipping
Orders are processed on business days. Wheels and tires ship from US-based fulfillment, and transit time depends on destination and on whether the order ships as loose components or as a mounted and balanced assembly.

Mounted packages take longer to process because each assembly is fitted, balanced and, where applicable, has TPMS sensors installed before it ships. Freight-size orders may require a delivery appointment.
Returns
Unmounted wheels and tires
Unmounted, uninstalled wheels and tires in original packaging and in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The wheel must show no signs of mounting, which includes bead seat marks, lug seat marks and any hub contact witness marks. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.
Mounted wheel and tire packages
Once a tire is mounted to a wheel, the assembly cannot be returned to stock as new, so mounted packages are not eligible for return except where we specified a fitment that turns out to be incorrect. This is the industry standard and it is the reason we confirm fitment before the order ships rather than after.
If we confirmed a fitment and it does not fit as described, that is our error and we will make it right, including return shipping.
Damage in transit
Inspect your shipment on arrival. Report visible carrier damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the product. Damage claims filed after that window are much harder to resolve with the carrier.
Not eligible for return
- Wheels that have been mounted, test fitted onto a vehicle, or show lug or hub contact marks
- Tires that have been mounted, driven on, or have road wear or gravel embedded in the tread
- Mounted and balanced packages, except in the case of a fitment we specified incorrectly
- Special order, custom drilled or custom finished wheels
- Items returned without prior authorization
