Truck Wheels

Truck wheels take a harder life than car wheels. They carry more static weight, they get loaded up in the bed and on the hitch, and they see potholes, gravel and curbs that would bend a lighter rim. That is why load rating matters as much as looks here. Every truck wheel we carry lists a load rating, and for half-ton and heavier trucks you want that number to comfortably clear your axle rating.Half-ton trucks are where most of the volume sits. Ford F-150 runs 6x135 on modern trucks. Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 run 6x139.7. RAM 1500 moved to 5x139.7 for the DS and DT generations. Toyota Tundra runs 5x150 on the newer trucks. Those patterns are not interchangeable, so confirm yours before ordering.Offset is where truck builds get personal. A factory-style +25mm to +30mm offset keeps the tire tucked and the steering light. Dropping to 0mm or a negative offset pushes the wheel outboard for the wide aggressive stance most truck owners are after, at the cost of more scrub radius, more stress on wheel bearings and a real chance of fender rub without a level kit or a trim. Somewhere between -12mm and +18mm is where most clean street truck builds land.
