Truck Wheel and Tire Packages
Truck packages are where fitment questions get real, because most truck buyers are not keeping the stock tire size. Going from a factory 33 inch tire to a 35 inch tire on a half-ton almost always requires a leveling kit up front, and often some trimming at the front bumper corners or a small amount of fender liner relocation. Going to 37s means a real lift and usually a re-gear to recover the drivetrain ratio you lost. The other thing that changes with tire size is your effective gearing and your speedometer. A larger tire covers more ground per revolution, so the speedometer under-reads and the truck feels lazier off the line and shifts later. On many trucks this can be corrected with a programmer that lets you enter the new tire size, and doing that also restores correct odometer and transmission shift behavior.Tell us your year, model, trim, suspension setup and how you use the truck, and we will confirm the package fits before it ships rather than after.
