Everything ships from a United States warehouse. Orders normally leave within 1 to 3 business days of clearing, and you get a tracking number by email the moment the shipment is created. Orders over $199 ship free. Below that a flat rate is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Wheel and tire packages ship mounted and balanced on a pallet or in individual boxes depending on size, and take a day or two longer to leave because they are assembled to order.
Unmounted and uninstalled parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start a return by emailing us the order number and we will send a return authorisation and instructions.
Two things cannot be returned, and it is worth knowing why before you order. A wheel that has had a tire mounted on it is marked by the machine and is no longer new. A tire that has been fitted to a wheel has been stretched over a rim and cannot be certified as unused. Both are industry standard. It is also the reason we check the fitment data on every order against the vehicle you give us and contact you before shipping if something does not add up.
If something arrives damaged or is not what the order says, tell us within 48 hours with photographs and we cover the return shipping and put it right. That is on us, not on you.
Before you buy
If this part changes ride height or moves a suspension pickup point, yes. Camber and toe both shift when ride height changes, and driving on the wrong alignment scrubs the inside edge off a new set of tires in a few thousand miles. Budget for an alignment as part of the job, not as an optional extra.
Read the title and the specification table below: they list exactly what is in the box. Suspension parts are frequently sold per side or per axle, so if you need both sides check the quantity before you order. If it is not clear, ask us and we will confirm what ships.
Lifts and levels commonly need extended brake lines, a longer front driveshaft or a carrier bearing drop once you go past a couple of inches, and sway bar end links to match the new height. Anything that alters ride height also changes the tire size you can clear. Send us the vehicle and target height and we will list what the job actually needs.
Basic levelling spacers and shock swaps are a driveway job with hand tools and safe stands. Anything involving coil spring compression, torsion bars or unbolting control arms needs the right tools and a torque spec sheet, and is safer at a shop. Torque values must come from the vehicle manual, not from feel.
