This axle-back muffler delete fits the 2015-2021 Subaru WRX and STI and unlocks the sound every VA owner is chasing: the boxer rumble the factory mufflers work so hard to hide. Removing the rear mufflers gives the flat-four its voice back, with a deep burble at idle and a proper growl as revs climb.

The install is one of the easiest in the aftermarket: the section bolts on behind the rear axle, requires only basic hand tools, and leaves every emissions component untouched. It is also fully reversible if you ever want to return to stock. For WRX and STI owners who want maximum character per dollar, this is the classic first mod, and it pairs naturally with a J-pipe or cat-back later as the build grows.

Everything ships from a United States warehouse. Orders normally leave within 1 to 3 business days of clearing, and you get a tracking number by email the moment the shipment is created. Orders over $199 ship free. Below that a flat rate is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Wheel and tire packages ship mounted and balanced on a pallet or in individual boxes depending on size, and take a day or two longer to leave because they are assembled to order.

Returns

Unmounted and uninstalled parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start a return by emailing us the order number and we will send a return authorisation and instructions.

Two things cannot be returned, and it is worth knowing why before you order. A wheel that has had a tire mounted on it is marked by the machine and is no longer new. A tire that has been fitted to a wheel has been stretched over a rim and cannot be certified as unused. Both are industry standard. It is also the reason we check the fitment data on every order against the vehicle you give us and contact you before shipping if something does not add up.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or is not what the order says, tell us within 48 hours with photographs and we cover the return shipping and put it right. That is on us, not on you.
