This titanium turbo-to-manifold stud kit uses the common M10 x 1.5mm thread, making it suitable for a wide range of turbocharged builds. The turbo flange is the hottest, most punished joint on the entire engine: steel studs there stretch, corrode and seize, and every experienced builder has a story about drilling one out. Titanium handles the heat cycles without complaint and will not rust to the flange, so the turbo comes off cleanly every time it needs to.
The kit suits fresh turbo installs and rebuilds alike, and it is cheap insurance compared to the labor cost of extracting a snapped stud flush with a manifold. Confirm the M10 x 1.5mm thread matches your turbo and manifold flanges, install with even torque in sequence, and re-torque after the first heat cycles.
Shipping
Everything ships from a United States warehouse. Orders normally leave within 1 to 3 business days of clearing, and you get a tracking number by email the moment the shipment is created. Orders over $199 ship free. Below that a flat rate is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Wheel and tire packages ship mounted and balanced on a pallet or in individual boxes depending on size, and take a day or two longer to leave because they are assembled to order.
Returns
Unmounted and uninstalled parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start a return by emailing us the order number and we will send a return authorisation and instructions.
Two things cannot be returned, and it is worth knowing why before you order. A wheel that has had a tire mounted on it is marked by the machine and is no longer new. A tire that has been fitted to a wheel has been stretched over a rim and cannot be certified as unused. Both are industry standard. It is also the reason we check the fitment data on every order against the vehicle you give us and contact you before shipping if something does not add up.
Damaged or wrong item
If something arrives damaged or is not what the order says, tell us within 48 hours with photographs and we cover the return shipping and put it right. That is on us, not on you.
